As it was a basement accommodation; The outdoor steps down into the accommodation were treacherous from snow and ice. Bathroom floor, apartment rugs and toilet not clean needed vacuuming.

Gli host non si sono nemmeno presentati , li ho chiamati tutto il giorno e non hanno risposto mi sono presentato difronte alla struttura e non c erano ho suonato e mi hanno aperto i due figli piccolissimi che erano stati lasciati da soli … fortunatamente il vicino mi ha aiutato a contattarli e mi ha fatto entrare lui .. accoglienza pessima e troppi 90 euro per una stanzetta nel seminterrato

There are major faults in the description of the place on booking.com. The apartment is situated in the basement, the fact that is not mentioned in the description. Also, there's no sauna in the apartment. Sauna is mentioned as a premium feature in the advertisement, but no sauna. The apartment is said to be 60qm, but the living space is actually a bedroom and kitchen in the same room, the space of which is 20qm the most. There's also a bathroom with shower and toilet, but the rest of the qm is an entrance hall plus the house's utility room with water boiler and else. The bed linen and towels look overused and need to be replaced. There's no terrace outside unless they expect the guests to use their own terrace behind their windows. As it's the basement, and the host lives above the guests' heads, in the morning you hear every footstep from upstairs.
