Nothing because when we arrived no one knew about the booking so ive paid for nothing and thr phone nimber thats been given is going to voice mail

The fact that i didnt sleep at the place ive booked because the phone number is off and security dont know about anything

Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, management could not be reached at all. Not via call, WhatsApp, the app, nor email. We tried reaching them several times but the number was not going through at all. I see from previous reviews that I am not the first and this person is clearly scamming people at this point. DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY YO THIS “PROPERTY”. You will get scammed.

I could not access the property as management is not responsive to calls, WhatsApps and Booking-com App texts. As a result I could not access to the property that I booked and paid for

The property is excellent. Closely located to a number of shopping centers.

Very neat and updated room Secure and safe We needed to extend our trip and they allowed us to stay in the same room

Only 1 unit of electricity was loaded when we got there and the staff were not responding to calls or texts. Had to load our own electricity. Very slow responses from staff.

Location was ideal. Super close to Longmeadow business park.

Parking was confusing. Locating the flat was also not easy. No handwash soap at basins. Bedside lamps had no globes.
