L'emplacement dans la citadelle, à 20min à pied de l'entrée principale de la Cité. Quartier très agréable, jolie terrasse ombragée donnant sur la rivière plein ouest. A 800m cantine typique servant la soupe à la citronnelle Bun Bo Huê, très bon riz gluant xôi dans une gargote à 200m.

Chambre aveugle, pas de vue, pas de lumière naturelle. Le bruit dans les couloirs des autres locataires.

The room was spacious and had access to an open-air atrium area. I once forgot my room key and left the door unlocked, but the host kindly locked it for me and kept the key safe. Drinking water was sold at market price 5,000 VND for a 500ml bottle and 10,000 VND for a 1.5L bottle. The furniture was solid, clean, and well-maintained. Wi-Fi was fairly stable. The host was very friendly and lovely. Parking was easy and up to three cars could be parked right in front of the hotel.

Although the house had a beautiful view, due to local building height regulations, my room was located in the basement, which was a bit disappointing. The glass partition in the bathroom and the shelf were designed illogically, so I had to be very careful when opening it to avoid breaking the glass.

Wonderful place, such a perfect location right by the river and great little shops. The home stay itself has great facilities and a stunning balcony overlooking the lake. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Best location in hue!

This homestay was incredibly clean and spacious especially for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, however, they do not speak english, not their fault at all but this became a little tricky. We found if you do all communication via the booking.com app or Whatsapp it's easier. Things we enjoyed about our stay: - The spacious, comfortable and clean room - Located in a quiet local area - Good bathroom with fresh linen and towels - The shared balcony overlooking the river, awesome place to unwind and chill

What we didn't like about the property is more just information for people staying and is not a reflection on the homestay itself. : ) - Location - it's far from town and walking is a little far. Nice to explore the local area for a bit but really everything you want is on the other side of the river. - Food options in the area is limited (like only cafes which serve only drinks and local eateries) - English is limited but using whatsapp or booking.com is fine - Bed was quite hard but we found this everywhere in Vietnam - Child care next door kicks off at about 7am if you are wanting to sleep in could be problematic but never bothered us (little kids laughing and some cartoons, not that bad really)

The location was great, neat and clean room, with all the things needed. There's a common kitchen. Some great restaurant near the imperial city.Overall we had great stay. Recommend for long or short stay.
