Location is okay

Rooms were extremely smelly and dirty. Bedsheets were soiled and had foul smell. Overall cleanliness was pathetic. And the person was asking for more money than the amount shown in booking.com

Nice location. Quiet and secluded spot in midst of nature. Good internet connection though. The staff was very cooperative and happy to take us around local trails and hikes.

Beautiful woodland location. View of Pauri across the valley was magical. Delicious food. Helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of board games!

Food was tasty and the veiw from the balcony was amazing at night especially...the staff was really helpful and kind..loved it

(Actually we are Canadian). There are two cute bungalows on stilts with balcony. Balcony faces Pauri town. Definately forest area. The booking had our room as 96 sqft (nearly 10x10). But it was much larger. Deepak helper does what he can to help.

Can be hard to find in the dark. Rough stone steps down to the bungalows can be treacherous and some steps double height of normal steps. No sign of hot water. If breakfast included don't get too excited. Masala omlette but no bread/toast/bun.

Serene untouched natural beauty. Comfortable cabins with all modern amenities. The view and feel from the balcony was amazing. One can sit there the entire day. Food was also good. Staff was well behaved and helpful.

Nothing to complain about.

-At least they served a free water. -the cosmetics were provided (however the soap bar was used previously) -Even if for such price they still served the free breakfast that I didn't get the food poisoning after. -the place would get even worse rate, however the facility owner tried to fix some problems not being present in it -the view at Pauri town after the sunset is really beautiful -the cottages look cute from outside (even if dirty)

-staff contained of 3 lads that can't communicate in English -property owner not present, was forced to send the passport photos through WhatsApp -the staff members are importunate when they try to sell you the extra paid meals, even knocking at your door few seperate times during the evening -some of the staff members are bluffing, pretending that they understand you -the place would be best described as barely resembling the uploaded photos -the "soundproof" from the description doesn't exist. I could hear the staff acting loud and obnoxious whole day long. -no water heating for the shower, you can only heat up the bucket of water (if the water is actually working) -the mosquito nets were not washed for months. They had this smell of few months old dusty window curtains. AND YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SLEEP UNDER IT, otherwise you'd be faced with mosquitos, roaches and Huntsman spiders (heteropoda venatoria) (the first night they changed them for less used one and for the next night they changed them for "refreshed" ones. All 3 of them had holes though) -the blankets were not washed properly or probably at all. They had woman hair tangled in them. They cannot be mine, I'm bald xD -provided kettle was dirty from the outside -no lighting on the paths through the facility. After dark it is pitch black -the facility is not so far from the main road. You can still hear the cars moving by
