"A nice room but some problems"

Very spacious, nicely decorated room. Comfortable, plenty of pillows, good amenities

Our room was on the top floor and I knew there would be stairs and no elevator. However, the stairs were very narrow, circular and with very shallow steps. Moving luggage up and down was very difficult, no offer of help and not easy up and down. Also the toilet was set so high off the floor it would be comical if not such a problem. I am an average height woman but my feet were literally inches off the floor when using the facility.

Could add hand soap to the bathroom wash hand basin.
