Easy locations

The hotel is just above the main street, I were living in 15th floor but the glasses are not sound proofed enough so u can clearly hear the motorcycle’s noises non stop at night, made it impossible to sleep. The housekeeper and receptionist knocked and both called in 8-9am to check if I will be checked out on time, that’s quite unpleasant. Doesn’t recommend at all.

The room, i've got the biggest room and bathroom, the morning take away breakfast also on time, so we didn't get late to our occasion, love all the staff friendliness, yet one tiny lack, we waited for over 1 hour to get sajadah and iron, and the biggest annoying part were the lift, omg you defenetly got to fix that , its tooooo longgg for wait, the location of this hotel were more than ok, we get the room that sudirman street view

1. Bad smell( bathroom) 2. Need to wait long time for take “Lift” 3. Only one lift available to go directly to restaurant floor(5th fl)=wait long time

Location, friendly staffs

Stayed in bright room, it was hot during the day, even with ac on, especially in the bathroom, the toilet and towels :( along with bedcover, it is not 4 stars hotel, and once in a while it’s stink from toilet :( good thing I stayed only for couple nights. Otherwise location and staffs were great.

For the sport lovers slash eaters, here is the right place. Near sporting complex and the entrance is inside the mall, famous for good restos, cafes and gourmet.

As the rooms are on top 4 floor 44, 45, 46, 47 the elevators waiting time is quite long. There is no direct elevator to the rooms.
