the staff were very nice, the food at the restaurant amazing and the location location is perfect

what drew me to this hotel was the phenomenal views it had to offer so you can imagine how dissappointed i was when i found out my window was a fake one and was in front of a corridor…. for the price paid it’s unacceptable especially since it wasnt mentioned any were. my room never had access to the daylight which made my stay uncomfortable + theres only 2 elevator for more than 40 floors so be prepared to wait a lot
