MYMYMYThe location is strategic,close to key attractions & easy to find. Parking was hassle free with plenty space available. Staff also very friendly.
The WiFi connection was poor & unreliable. The list was extremely slow , often causing long wait times, there also a sudden blackout with no explanation or communication from the staff. These problem significantly affected my comfort & overall experience.
MYMYThe host requested deposit of RM200 which is not stated at all during booking process. They only informed once we texted them query on our booking. They did not reached us first. They mentioned deposit will be returned in 5 working days. But they took longer than 5 days. Giving excuses so many refund to process. The building have 38 floor. it took more than 30 min for all of us who stayed here to get a lift to go down or check out. Its full. And only 2 lift operating. Some of us had no choice to get into the lift which is going up to secure a lift to go down. The building ia surrounding by abandoned building which is quite scary view..
