"Good Communication"

The apartment is located very central everything is easily reachable by foot and communication with Soraia & Luis was exceptionally well. They were quick to respond and resolved all our questions & requests.

Its an old building that has been well renovated, but there is no elevator to the 4th floor.

Superb location, comfortable beds, good air con, lovely welcome hamper, open and airy, great shower, spotlessly clean, everything you need for a short break. We didn’t meet the hosts but their communication before, during & after was exceptional. Plentiful supply of tea/coffee, thank you for this.

The stairs…….be aware it’s 4 floors up and no lift. It’s tough after a long day touring but it’s the only negative about this place.

I received several messages from the hosts prior to arrival to welcome us and advise us of codes to get into the apartment. As we had a late flight on the day we were leaving and there were no new guests arriving on that day we did not need to pay extra, the hosts advised us that we were welcome to stay until we needed to depart to get out flight. The hosts were so helpful, it was wonderful. The location was fantastic for us, in the middle of the hussle and bussle of the busy shopping street. It was easy to access the Metro and the city buses.

There were four flights of stairs to the apartment which was a hike. Also it would have been nice to have a street view.

The location is fantastic

It’s a 4 floor walk up and we had a lot of luggage. It wasn’t mentioned in the property description or we would have consolidated our stuff into a bag for the one night we stopped here
