Läget är fantastiskt. Nära till stranden och butiker. Läget är oslagbart.
Om lägenheten är ut mot Washington Avenue är det ibland nattklubbsaktivitet som är öronbedövande och det gick inte att sova. Vi fick byta till en lägenhet ut mot Pennsylvania Avenue och det är betydligt lugnare. Den var mycket bättre. Den första lägenheten var renoverad fin men sakande flera redskap o tillbehör till köket. Vår andra lägenhet hade de flesta tillbehör men lägenheten var i stort behov av renovering. Väldigt slitet och utnött.

EL SEGUNDO APARTAMENTO SIN LUCES EN LAS HABITACIONES, MUY ESCASOS ELEMENTOS DE COCINA, LAVA PLATOS MUY SUCIO, EL FOGON Y LA NEVERA MUY DESGASTADOS. SE INUNDO CUANDO LLOVIO. LOS TRES TELEVISORES NO FUNCIONABAN CORRECTAMENTE. NECESITA MUCHAS MEJORAS PARA SER ALQUILADO. COSAS BUENAS Y OTRAS MUY MALAS POR LO QUE EL PRECIO - CALIDAD NO ES EL CORRECTO.
