The appartement is near the center, every tourist monument is near by walking 👍

A microwave is welcome 🤗, if we don’t want to spend time cooking.

Location was central.

When we arrived the apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned since the last guests. Bed with old sheets, used towels on the floors, rubbish in the kitchen. Contacted the host who said the cleaner would be 15 minutes, but took 30. Then had to sit for an hour as they cleaned. Also discovered there is one window in the living area and it opens straight to the footpath outside. If you want light, then everyone on the footpath is looking straight in on the bed. If you open the window, they could simply reach in. Every conversation on the footpath is also in the room. Once cleaner was gone, one of us showered. Next there was angry yelling and bashing on the door from a man telling us we could not use the shower as it leaked into his room below. Contacted the owner again and they said to wait for them to reply. An hour and a half later, still no reply. I said it was too late and to fix that night but we could not use the bathroom. Advised I would be asking for a refund. Owner said just use the showers anyway. If the angry neighbors came yelling at the door again, to pass on their number. They refused to provide a refund. AVOID THIS AT ALL COST AND MAYBE ANY OTHER APARTMENT LINKED TO THE THIS HOST.

Very clean, nice ambience and furniture, good kitchen equipment and spices, coffee available, warm, excellent location, clear instructions

no sound insulation and next to main entrance = expect quite a lot of noise but it's quiet at night. Bed mattress is soft. Small details can be added, like a toilet rug, something to hold the window blinds down, kitchen towel.

The flat was full of dust, especially window behind the bed.Glasses on the shelves were dirty from previous guests. Ashtray full of cigarette butts. The shower can’t drain the water so it becomes a pool after 1 minute. You are asked to clean it…. It needs to be fixed!!!! Plug in the bathroom is broken so you can’t dry your hair with a mirror.

Just one thing: the location, within 5 minutes of the National Theater of Bucharest.

Pretty much everything else was not ok. We specifically wanted a place with self checkin because we arrived by plane late at night and surprise, when we landed there was no checkin info in our inbox. After calls (to the property which had the phone turned off and to booking) + message to the property, we finally got a reply and after some investigations, we finally received the checkin details. Apparently the person responsible to send us the info was sick and couldn't inform anyone about it. And nobody noticed the absence of that person. Even when we received the checkin info, we actually received only enough info to know how to get in the property, everything else we had to ask: parking details, wifi details, checkout details, etc. The apartment is at a very low ground level, no stairs to get to it, which means you can never keep the curtains open because people would look directly in the house. And this means it's always dark in the house, all day long. And it's also a bit noisy sometimes, meaning you can hear every person entering / exiting the building. They offer only small towels (2 for each person), not 1 small and 1 big like in all other properties we ever stayed in. The shower is leaking and instead of fixing it they put a note asking you to mop the floor after you use it. They said the shower cannot be fixed. There was no toilet paper, the toilet seat is too small for the toilet itself. Cleaning could be improved. The free parking mentioned is valid just for a few spots on the sidewalk (available to anyone, and not sure if 100% legal). I wouldn't count on it.
