First of all the location was perfect for out family. The house is in a pedestrian only street. The market is 1 minute walk from one direction which is open every morning, where we enjoyed to start our day. The opposite direction is Via Etnea with Savia, one of the most prominent pastry shop in Catania. In the evenings there is a vivid nightlife in neighborhood streets. Not disturbingly, we could sleep well, but we felt even after days, it was a perfect choice. The rooms are in antique. Even in the bathroom there is porcelain. Many paintings in almost each room. It was special. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, hob etc. Towels for bath and towels for handwashing. Everything was clean. The washing machine is in a "secret" place, but we have found everything and everything worked smoothly. I need to mention the beds. Yes, antique. But the mattress was superb! I think it was the best I have ever had during my trips. Personally I do not like soft mattrasses and even old ones where you feel yourself in valleys and hills during the night. It was hard as it should be and very comfortable. I am tall but I had no problem with the size. Maybe it's too much about sleeping but it's one of the most important factor as most of the time we spend sleeping in apartments. We visited the city in April so we have not used, but there is air conditioning in the rooms. I need to mention that the owner is a super nice person. You receive all the information on time and she is really polite. Not too much, not too less. In overall I think it was one of the best apartment we booked as a family.

Yes, I need to mention the negative points as you can not believe this review anyway. Honestly, I can only add two things here. The washing machine is in the air shaft, or something similar where there was some smells. Well, it's downtown, old house and you can not feel it inside, so it was not so important at all. Second, you need to wait for the hot water to arrive. It was plenty, we never felt it's not enough but when you open the tap you need to wait. That's all!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 100 metrów do targu gdzie można kupić świeże owoce ,warzywa ,ryby , odzież i wiele innych rzeczy. Zaraz przy wyjściu z apartamentu piekarnia gdzie można kupić nie tylko pieczywo. Obiekt posiada stylowe wnętrza gdzie są 2 łazienki i 2 kuchnie. Salon z łóżkiem małżeńskim oraz obok pokój z łóżkiem lecz nie posiada drzwi. Do salonu należy też słoneczny balkon gdzie widać ulicę Via Etnea po prawej oraz targ po lewej. W obiekcie wszystko co potrzeba nic nam nie brakowało. Były słodkie przekąski oraz kawa 😀. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami przez whatsap. Pozdrawiamy i dziękujemy za udany pobyt.

Large apartment in the center of catania, separate rooms with attach bathrooms, kitchen available for cooking, one large double bed room , other room in with a double sofa bed, restaurants, markets , pubs are at close proximity, the owner was kind to allow an early check-in.

Apartment located on 2nd floor without elevator and a narrow stairs, so carrying heavy luggage bags is cumbersome, a bit noisy especially on the weekends as the apartment is located around pubs , restaurant opened till late night. Garbage disposal is a pain considering a schedule from the commune especially if the type of waste does not match your stay days and the timings are between 8:30- 10:30 PM, the owners wants you to dispose at your own while checking out, risking a fine in public bins if caught.

Apartman je kao na slikama. Opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je odlična, u blizini restorana, autobusa za aerodrom i centra grada. Gospođa Sofia je bila izuzetna, dala nam je jasne upute za dolazak i bila na raspolaganju kad je trebalo. Iako se nismo osobno upoznali bila je odličan domaćin.
