Una parte del personal da un excelente servicio pero hay personas que hechan a perder ese trabajo

El hotel es pequeño y cómodo. La atención del personal es inmejorable. La limpieza es excelente, la decoración, el desayuno, todo de 10. La alberca fue de lo que más le agradó a mi familia. Muy cerca de todo y con un super mercado a unos cuantos pasos.

Location. Twenty minute walk to town and a beach. Groceries and restaurants close by. Serving staff friendly and accommodating. Quiet and private. Pool and bathrooms clean but need updates.

Very close to everything including the grocery store! Walking distance to beaches and downtown santa cruz. Restaurant on site. Staff very helpful !

Property has recently had new owners. Was given TV remote with dead batteries.... person who showed us to our room didn’t know where the door was. Was his first day on the job. No coffee maker in the room. Air conditioner leaked over my head first night. Had to turn it off. Room stays cool. Pool has seen better days. Liner is torn in several locations. Upon leaving hotel we were asked to wait in lobby while our room was checked

Nice facility. Pool and rooms cleaned every day. Sheets changed every day. Employees very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not good - only rolls and untie fruit, but coffee was plentiful and good. Lady in the office was kind enough to make coffee early after first morning when she realized we got up early. Would definitely recommend.
