Greenpoint Luxury One Bed

Building was great in a good location close to everything and stylishly decorated. Hosts were responsive.

The listing said there was air conditioning in the apartment when there was not. The prepaid electricity meter also ran out during our stay which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the apartment is great. It was clean.

Towels were not changed. We were given 1 set for 4 nights. There were no cleaning products provided and insufficient toilet paper supplied. The fire alarm is found directly above the stove, so cooking here is out of the question as you will trigger the fire alarm for the entire building. The sensors for the security doors/gates sometimes lock you out. If you are alone, this could be problematic. Dishes are very limited. This was not value for the price we paid. On booking, it shows no parking available, yet parking was available. This can deter people from booking.

Apartment not so clean. Soap and toilet paper for 1 day. We stayed 3 days.

The location, you can't struggle much to get what you need for your stay

Only internet. Using Rain network gave me some challenges. Fortunately I had Rain network myself sometimes at my place and I know how it used to be.
