Location was awesome. Appartment was on the 4th floor with a breathtaking view over the city. The host Francisco welcomed us at check in with a nice glass of port, gave us tips what to see or do in the city.

Excellent location with amazing views across the river. Great facilities, felt like we were living like locals. Despite being in the old city, it was remarkably quiet. Host Francisco was there to meet us, as arranged, and was excellent with communication throughout our stay.

There are several flights of steps up to the apartment, and no lift. However, you don't get fabulous views being on the ground floor!

Das Appartement ist in einem Haus in Porto was neu aufgebaut wird. Wir man auf den Bildern sieht wird hier Moderne und Tradition miteinander verbunden. Dies ist im Appartement toll umgesetzt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber über WhatsApp lief unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir einen Wein und Gebäck. Eine nette Aufmerksamkeit.

Man muss zwei Dinge wissen. Sowohl in Porto als auch in Bezug auf die Wohnung hat man ein Problem, wenn man eine Gehbehinderung hat. Das Appartement liegt im vierten Stock. Einen Aufzug gibt es, wie in alten Gebäuden üblich nicht. Einige Nutzer hatten bereits vorher die Situation der Toilette bewertet. Es ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass diese zwar vier Wände hat die aber nach oben zur Decke nicht schließen. Heißt derjenige der draußen sitzt hört zwangsläufig alles. Wer damit ein Problem hat muss sich die Buchung somit überlegen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, deshalb gibt es auch keine Abzüge dafür.

El apartamento está en una ubicación genial. Es una casa muy antigua pero le han hecho una reforma espectacular. Es preciosa. El anfitrión que nos atendió fue muy amable y atento a nuestra llegada.

El concepto de reforma del apartamento es algo peculiar y tiene sus contras. La ducha da directamente a los pies de la cama, así como el lavabo. El wc está separado pero, como se sitúa en el centro del apartamento, no tiene ventilación exterior sino dentro del propio apartamento. Que sea una casa antigua tiene sus pegas. Es un cuarto sin ascensor, el apartamento tiene mal aislamiento a ruidos y temperaturas, y hubo un día que llovió muchísimo y al volver el apartamento había un olor terrible que resultó ser de los desagües.

La situation de l'appartement proche des lieux de visite, son aménagement et la vue sur Porto. La bonne communication et l'accueil par Joana qui nous attendait pour la remise des clés.

Accueil extrêmement amical de la part de Joanna, vue sublime sur le fleuve et les toits de Porto, agencement parfait dans le respect de l'immeuble vieux de 2 siècles, confort de la literie et emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.

築200年以上とのことだったが、中はデザイン性のえ　ある部屋にリノベされていてとても清潔。 夜景は格別に綺麗。 坂はあるが街中から徒歩圏内で近いこと。 ウェルカムサービスで迎えてくれたスタッフはとても親切。

照明、ヒーターをつけると電気が落ちること。 滞在中に６回も下へ降りて直さなければいけなかった
