"Cute loft with very useful underground parking in a great location"

The loft is in a great location, literrary a few steps away from the hustle of bustle of Pietrasanta old town. The underground parking was a huge advantage in the summer heat. A grocecy store with beead, cheese and meats 5-7 minutes walk.

The sound isolation in the building is not excellent, we used to hear the neighbours, but only in the bathrooms so that was not an issue.
