Nothing at all for paying a premium price for the Villa and getting poorly maintained facilities.

Our private pools filter did not work. There was no circulation and the pool was green. Mosaic tiles were all missing and all over the floor which cut our feet. The decking was warped and expansion joints were all more than 20mm wide. 2 decking boards broke when we walked on them. Several fixtures were loose or feel off the wall during our stay. Extended wait times for Buggy’s. Staff unable to understand English or requests. Not enough towels provided so always requesting dry towels so you didn’t have to use your bath towel. Kitchen with nothing in it all. No mini bar so you have to order room service if you want one beer or soft drink.

Pool and surroundings were fantastic and well kept. The beach was ok but it was a bit risky to swim as there were bugs in the water that attached every swimmer. It's hard to see them comment but they are all over and the moment you stip into the water they begin to attach you .

It would have been better if the guests were informed of the risks of being bitten by little creature when you stip into the lagoon. The water ws clear but then you just cannot see those little BUGS.

Отель неплохой, прекрасная локация

Значительно снизила оценку за то, что во время отдыха была проблема с лежаками в зонах бассеинов. Лежаки с утра кем то занимаются и стоят по пол дня якобы занятые. Прошу руководство отеоя обратить на это внимание и если лежак не используется реальным человеком в течении часа убирать вещи с лежаков и давать возможность отдыхать на них другим людям которые пользуются бассеином. Так же удивил сломаный холодильник в номере. Сотрудники отеля не следят за рабочим состоянием оборудования?

Цена. Вилла комфортная. Большие комнаты и санузлы. Отличное расположение, и организация трансферов

Коктейли в барах у бассейна и в отеле ужасные. Уборка виллы плохая, 2 раза забывали вынести мусор и еду. На пляже- пятна мазута, в море очень много водорослей.
