"Location was beautiful but pool bar staff ruined our stay"

The rooms were amazing , the view was spectacular and the staff and the staff in the resturant who worked at our birthday party were awesome 🙌

The pool bar staff were rude and ignorant - you REALLY need to train those people on customer service and how to use basic English . I realise the resort was majority of Russians but we were paying the same as they were and were totally ignored - your pool bar staff need a good kick up the ass !

Отличный отель на берегу моря. Территория отеля очень большая, много зелени. Хороший завтрак. Номер был с бесплатным проходам в парк, обязательно рекомендую посетить. От канатной дороги до гостиницы ездит бесплатный шаттл бас
