Hot tub closed at dusk which was 6:00pm

Great location, lovingly stocked kitchen and beach toys/chairs, pool items. The Gullwing property management (separate from the apt management) takes care every morning to clean the pools/deck. Quiet with the area's recovery from the hurricane. It's a nice time to come unwind. Renting this place helps bring business and recovery to Ft Meyers. Most places are closed. No guests of the building were present on the evening of my arrival. This is one of the only open buildings on this beach stretch. It would be helpful to know there is still some apt damage (updated listing photos would be helpful) and what the rules are prior to booking and full payment.

Good stay but not luxury: Lanai not as advertized (MDF boarded up door, missing outdoor dining chairs), electrical issues, blinds not fully functional in secondary bedrooms, noisy bedroom ceiling fan, stained towels, ants - common for the south - just needed a little more care of vacuuming under sofa. The owners and management company are aware of the issues I brought up during our stay and offered immediate towel replacement, and on our last day attempted to fix the electrical. They have written that issues will be taken care of ASAP.

The beds weren't comfortable. We weren't fans of the mattresses.

The apartment has ample space. Livingroom with lanai and masterbedroom are facing pool and wide beach. The tasteful furnishing of rather modern style is of very good quality and in very good condition. The place is very clean and in good maintenance. The large kitchen offers more appliances than you need. There is ample storage in the closets and the walk in closet. Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided. There is a very detailed information folder in the apartment. The contact to the owners was very pleasant. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and are highly recommending it.

The condo was amazing . The space was immaculate and had everything you could need.

They had everything you needed! Beach chairs, air fryers, games...they didn't miss a thing!!! Would recommend again and again.

Sheets were not clean. Coffee maker needs replaced. Remotes could use fresh batteries.

The mattress in the master bedroom is in very poor condition. You couldn't sleep on it. also the air conditioning in not cooling properly
