No coffee in room!!! The coffee in the lobby was ready in the morning when I awoke. the brand of coffee you use is bitter. This was my first and last time at TRU...all because of coffee!

I stayed on the third floor and I don’t know if it was the guest or staff that was moving something above me, it was quite noise for awhile and there was a lot of foot traffic but it eventually settled down.

DID TRY TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION 10 HRS AFTER MY CANCELLATION PERIOD HAD FINISHED. PHONED THE HOTEL. THEY SAID TOO LATE TO CANCEL,WHICH I WAS, SO DECIDED TO CALL BOOKING.COM AND RECEIVED THE SAME REPLY. NOT SURPRISED--------BUUUT, AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF BOOKING .COM AND EXPLAINING THAT THE REASON I HAVE TO CANCEL WAS TOTALLY BEYOND MY CONTROL---A MASSIVE ICE STORM/SNOW STORM MOVING THRU THE CENTRAL STATES WHICH WOULD MAKE MY DRIVE FROM FLORIDA TO TORONTO CANADA VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I WAS ASKING TO CHANGE, NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION FOR 3 DAYS LATER. FLATLY REFUSED BY THE HOTEL AND BOOKING .COM. DEFINITELY BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS FOR SURE. I MAKE THIS SAME TRIP 2 TO 4 TIMES A YEAR AND USUALLY BOOK WITH YOUR COMPANY. WILL THINK ABOUT THE WAY THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED BEFORE I BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN. HAVE RE-BOOKED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE TRIP HOME HAPPENING 3 DAYS AFTER MY ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. REGARDS, DONALD GILL
