Oven was rest when we arrived and no info that we had to set the clock before the oven would work. Wasted 45min which was an extra wait for dinner, also heat pump struggled to heat place in reasonable time, got there after 4 hours but just to long

Location was good. There were planty of crockery, cutlery etc.

Parking was an issue as there was no onsite parking so carrying bags acroos a busy road was not great.

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness, my friends and I had to give the apartment another quick clean before we stayed. There was food all under and over the cupboards, the fridge and freezer was not cleaned out, the shower still had hair in it, the oven and cooktop was still dirty, and had to vacum up a big ball of hair from under the coffee table

The place itself was lovely however new Brighton was not. Very little to do apart from walk the pier or the beach. Run down shopping centre. Little choice for eating out.

Modern and clean apartments. Spacious with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was ideal with really good size fridge freezer. The views were astonishing and the location was perfect. 7am sunrise walks along the beach. Parking was easy as you have a whole street to find a park. Apartments were vert soundproof, could not hear anyone beside us. We loved the apartment and it will be our first pick when returning to Christchurch.

The master bedroom has no air con but is the room that gets the hottest as it’s the top floor. So when sleeping in there we were easily overheated. The stairs are something to be mindful of with mobility issues.

Great 3 story flat. Everything you needed across the road from one of the main beeches

No Aircon in main bedroom. 2nd and lounge do have. No parking is available at all on a weekend. Weekdays are better. Sadly, previous guests spoiled the couch and walls. I presume...Very dirty
