The check in process was overly complicated and heavily reliant on technology. The host was extremely rude when we encountered problems.

Very nice place. Very well appointed. Clean and set up very nicely.

The check in was difficult. The combination lock took me 10 minutes to get to work. I received no help from the staff online. They just re sent the information that I already had. The buttons didn’t function sometimes causing it to not open. Staff could have been nicer and more helpful

No curtains in the kitchen window the outside lamps make the room really bright,in the nighttime.

The property was excellent! Very comfortable, clean and 15 minutes walk from airport. Very comfortable mattress. Tea and coffee was provided. There was a selection of snacks to be paid for, but we did not touch any of them. I reported some damage to the host as soon as we entered the flat to protect ourselves from being accused causing this damage and to protect our deposit.

There was a problem with access to the building. We spent a long time after the midnight trying to enter into the building. We followed the instructions provided by the letter, but it would not open the front door. Each member of the family tried again and again. I tried to call the host, but the number provided would not connect. I also texted to the host. Eventually, someone replied but they were not helpful. Kept repeating to check the instructions. This was very frustrating because it it was already around 1am, we were tired and worried that we would be stuck outside all night. After eventually entering the property thanks to someone opening the door for us, I asked the host to allow us a bit more flexibility with the check out time. In response was: “No! Rules are rules. You have to leave the flat by 10am”. I really did not appreciate them being so inflexible.

The apartment was near the airport. The location is ideal, if you travel from Bratislava airport.

My experience at this apartment was mixed. While the apartment itself was generally clean, not everything met the standard of cleanliness—particularly the windows, which were noticeably dirty, especially in the kitchen. The staff, unfortunately, were not very hospitable, and I found the pricing structure frustrating. You seem to pay for everything, even for a one-day deposit, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the parking situation was misleading. Although it was stated that parking was offered, it wasn’t made clear before booking that it comes with a hefty fee of €15 per day. This lack of transparency needs improvement. Moreover, any amenities or services you use are charged separately, and these deductions are made directly from your bank account. For example, I feel the per-person stay fee should have been included in the booking price rather than being deducted later. I also paid for late check-out, but the staff failed to respect that agreement—they attempted to enter the apartment while I was still there. This was quite intrusive and unprofessional. Additionally, the cost of a late check-in (about €12–15) seemed unnecessary and added to the overall feeling of inhospitable service. Overall, the location is convenient, but the numerous extra charges, lack of transparency, and inattentive staff detract from the experience. I’d recommend clearer communication and better service for future guests.
