Modern and cozy Apartment

appartement très propre, bien situé proche des commerces et restaurants à pied, beaucoup de vie le soir, parking facile dans la résidence, piscine très bien entretenue. Système de code sans clé vraiment très pratique

The location is excellent, in the hotel district, convenient because this is 3 km from centre of town and also 3 km from Praia Formosa, the main beach. There are many restaurants and shops selling food nearby and the airport bus stop Lido is just 2 minutes away. The apartment itself is on the 7th floor and has a partial view of the sea from its balcony. It is within a secure compound accessed by keycode. It was very quiet inside the apartment block. The windows have slotted shutters which makes it possible to both shade the apartment from the sun and let fresh air in.

Some visitors may want air conditioning. This was not necessary for me as I prefer to adapt myself to the local temperature rather than consume electricity unnecessarily. A complaint about the area rather the property, the location near big hotels means that there is a constant stream of coaches on the main road, 100 m away, this makes the costal road very noisy, but the level is tolerable from the property set back one street away from the noise.

A very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Easy and quick accommodation. Free parking. Great contact with a very nice owner. Beautiful view. We will go back there someday :)

The bed was a bit too hard for us ;)

The location was easy to find and is located in an area where you have easy access within short walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, etc. Host stayed in contact throughout my stay and offered to help with anything I could need.

The only thing that I would improve in this location is the quality of the bed mattress which was a little too hard.

not the fault of the place, but couple of near pubs/restaurant are open late at night and drunk people can be very noise.

Very quick communication with the host. Apartment is in a great location. It is not noisy in the apartment. It had some books in different languages which was really nice to read in the evening.
