The staff, the location, they provided a take-away breafast on the tour days before the official breakfast time.

My room was facing the central atrium and the windows were not sound proof. Every sound could be heard coming from the lobby. The TV rack was sitting right as you enter the room. I hit my head twice on it walking in. The bathroom needed a TLC

The staff was very helpful and friendly

It was very noisy room. I did not slept due to all passing noise on streets and windows were not noise proof.

About 20 people arrived at 2:30am and were noisy, yelling. Continued for more than an hour. The staff didn’t say one word to them. Paper thin walls and our room was in the lobby, a few feet away from the noise. Had to leave a night early.

They let me check in early for free which was kind of them

There was a distinct lack of facilities in the room. There was only 1 plug socket for the whole room, beside the bed. There were no mirrors in the bedroom. One night I ordered a glass of white wine to the room, 30 minutes later they came to tell me that they don’t have any white wine (despite it being on the menu) and that I could only order a full bottle of red wine. There was noisy construction works going on the whole time and staff spoke loudly on my floor each night. I didn’t sleep well here. One day I went horse riding and I had an accident, I got kicked off the horse and was covered head to toe in mud and horse faeces. My back and neck were also very sore. All I wanted was a hot shower to feel clean and better, but they refused to turn the hot water on. Most staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Apart from the man who served the breakfast, he was attentive.
