Access to property was a little confusing, but it was easy to connect with the customer service team who easily assisted in rectifying the issue

It was better option then a hotel for the weekend. Was in town for a tournament. Carpet is a little dirty but it is old and needs to be changed. Bathtubs need recaulking. One toilet wouldn’t flush but we poured water down the toilet for it to go. We didn’t want anyone coming in to fix while we were gone as our personal items were there and hotels seem to have more accountability if there’s a problem. Also you have to get in through gates the pass code didn’t work so I had to rely on others to let us in. Overall would stay again at the price we paid but would not pay off season prices to stay in this city. It is not a nice or pretty area to begin with.

The property was run-down, dirty, and uncomfortable. There was barely any furniture. The bed used a mattress from a pull out sofa. Overhead lights didn’t work. No access code for apartment was provided in advance and the phone number given on the email went to the wrong place.

Gated community next to IMG, two bed rooms and two bath with kitchen. This was perfect for our trip there. The space of the apartment was perfect. I would stay there again our next trip to IMG.

Property was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beds were nice. Totally recommend.

Safe property however the room was very different than posting, much more dated. Limited linen as well.

Although clean apartment, no drapes on windows very bright in am hard to sleep, no extra comforter for third bed we had to buy one, no place to throw trash and no instructions given . Couldn’t access apartment new years night because apparently key code expired had to call services to get a new code which was crazy . Pool is cold not warm. No salt left or sugar for guests at least temporary and very little shampoo, only one toilet paper. Could’ve left some extra stuff for guests. Also second floor hard to carry luggage no elevator. Balcony is nice but the tree almost goes inside the balcony needs to be cut no landscape . Mattress no comfortable. In bathtub no rug can fall easliy

Great choice for us as this was cheaper than a Hotel for our stay. Had a decently stocked Kitchen for cooking our meals.

This is a fraud. The apartment was nothing like the photos. It was an old apartment from the 1980s. It wasn't renovated, with floor-to-floor carpets, not wood. The Kitchen was nothing like the photos. An electric outlet was open. They gave contradicting information about where the apartment was within the complex. It took us 20 minutes to find the correct one, and even then the information in the email was incorrect. We moved out after one night because it was so bad.
