Unfortunately the host was unresponsive and we were not able to collect the keys after arrival.

Unfortunately the host was unresponsive and we were not able to collect the keys after arrival. We spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to reach the host without success. Eventually booking.Com offered alternate accommodations
