"Had to stay somewhere till we found something more long term. Did the job, loved the terrace."

7.0

It’s ok looking, relatively clean, has everything you need and it’s ok positioned (if you’ve got a car). The terrace is really nice. The AC does the job. If you’re into that, the TV’s gigantic for the room.

There’s a sewage/rotten smell that seeps into the bathroom a few times a day. You’ve got to go up like 3 stories of windy stairs between other houses to get to it. You can park on the street, but it’s a farcry from an actual parking lot.
