Orlando House

Location was ideal. Very clean, quiet villa. Lots of amenities to take advantage of.

Maybe more supplies in the property. IE: bathroom tissue, face cloths, garbage bags, etc.

it needs a deep cleaning and updated furniture

We had problems with the Temperature of the House. It was not pleasant. Air Conditioning does not work properly.

property was fine. I was just a little older and we didn’t know that we had to bring our own toilet paper, dishwashing, laundry, so paper products.

well, noisy neighbors couple people came and went from upstairs and kind of kept you up at night

It was quiet except fire station next door

I do not like having to use third party to report problem. I even gave my phone number. They never called. Had trouble with the lock on door, Dead bolt not retracting all the way. Had to use window to get in. I made the repairs. It will need to be checked. The TV in living room only had about six channels

The pool and spa. the size of the unit and quiet place

The bathroom at the end of the hall need to be refresh, have better pole for curtain, outside light not working an the noise upstair was to much

The second bedroom did not have a TV. The reception was bad on the Tv downstairs.
