"Kalte aber sonst gut ausgestattete Unterkunft"

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die küche hatte eine gute ausstattung. Man konnte Handtücher zum Duschen und Bettbezüge dazu buchen worüber ich froh war. (auch wenn aus meiner sicht das Inbegriffen sein sollte) Einen Reinigungsdienst kann man ebenfalls mit buchen was wir aber nicht brauchten.

Wir hatten es die ersten 3 Tag sehr kalt. Meistens unter 19 Grad. Es heisst es dauert einwenig bis due Fussbodenheizung spürbar ist. Der Boden war immer Eiskalt. Es hat einen kleinen Heizkörber der bei uns Tag und Nacht an war damit es einwenig wärmer wurde. Der Geschirrspüler hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert und wir mussten alles von Hand abwaschem. Handtücher um das Geschirr abzutrocknen hatt es ebenfalls nicht. Jetzt haben sie mir eine Rechnung für den Reinigungsdienst geschickt den ich garnicht gebucht habe. Finde das geht überhaupt nicht!

Fin og koselig hytte og godt utstyrt kjøkken.

Manglende informasjon om sengetøy, håndduker og vasking. Ble ikke informert om at vi måtte ha med sengetøy og håndduker, samt at vi skulle vaske selv eller måtte betale en høy pris for å få vasket etter oss. Dette fikk vi informasjon om etter at leien var betalt. Dette burde vært informert om tidligere.

"Lugar increíble para passar unos días en la montaña"

La tranquilidad, lo espectacular que es la casa, alta calidad , bien decorada amplia y acogedora. Increíble lugar cerca de un lago. No vimos a nadie en 4 días.

Tal vez la ubicación, no está cerca de nada interesante y el tema de tener que llevar sábanas y toallas propias , no está algo común cuando viajas, la limpieza es otro tema a mejorar, no puede esperarse que el grupo que salga deje perfecto al que entra. Lo dejamos mejor que lo encontramos, pero la verdad es que hubiéramos pagado más y que estuvieran las toallas y sábanas , limpieza incluida.
