There are no words to describe how bad this hotel is. The location on the map is incorrect so it makes you think that the hotel is in the upmarket area of AEROCITY. Instead, it is in a run-down and unsafe area across from the motorway. Our room was dirty, one blanket had dome residue of some diagusting brown substance, the bathroom was terribly dirty and there was no hot water on the shower. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and we couldn't eat past the first bite as the bread was old and the inside consisted not of chicken but of an awful chicken spread. This is the first time I describe a hotel in these terms but I do it as I would like to prevent other foreign travellers ending up in this place. Our room was advertised as having a 69% GENIUS discount. I suspect that the story of the discount plus the incorrect location shown on the map amount, not to an error but to a deliberate scam by the owner(s) of this hotel. Shame on you Booking.com for not verifying the details hotels post or provide to you.

Very clean, the food was good, staff were really friendly & helpful. Shekhar suraj & Sachin they were so sweet and guided us nicely. We loved staying in Hotel opera new Delhi and our next visit we will choose the same hotel.

The staff was polite and very helpful always willing to assist with any requests we had the location is also excellent close to airport very easy for us to catch our flights

I was stayed at this property 3 nights all is good but some issues like housekeeping room cleaning , I was said to house keeping I am going outside clean my before coming but he forget. All is good after that.

This is my wonderful stay good location room was clean and comfortable. it was an excellent stay therefore offers quite surrounding for good rest. location near to airport staff was very sensible. morning breakfast is also good tasty and delicious

The location of your hotel is very good and your rooms are also very nice. It is clean and the service of your restaurant is very good. Your food is also very good here.
