De eigenaar van het tiny house is zeer behulpzaam en ondersteunend. Het contact met hem is heel prettig en gemakkelijk. Hij is er erg op gericht het zijn gasten naar de zin te maken. Je vindt alles wat je nodig hebt en nog veel meer in het Tiny House. Het Tiny House ligt achter een historisch huis in een stadje tussen de huizen in. Daardoor krijg je het gevoel het dagelijks leven van Japanners mee te maken. Het is er niet toeristisch. Je kunt in de omgeving een prachtige maar zware wandeling langs de rotskust maken.

Kanchantei isn’t just lodging. It’s an artistic an cultural phenomena run by a deeply creative & thoughtful Owner. “Kanchan” has created a six star environment that the luxury hotels would never have the capacity to offer. The sheer number of “great ideas” is mind boggling. The most important treat is spending time with Kanchan, talking about his life, his garden, his passion. He, and Kanchantei, are one in a million. I HIGHLY recommend visiting.

The Tiny House was a perfect place for me. After 2 days it felt already a little bit my own little house. Simple on the outside - very modern inside. The owner is a very friendly and helpful guy. Everything you need is in the house - even more than that. I could have stayed there more than those 2 days!

Kanchans Tiny House has all the bells and whistles you could think of for a convenient stay. The House is well equiped, the bed super comfy and the host is super friendly and speaks perfect English. There is also a Bike available which felt awesome after a lot of walking on the Henro. Thanks!
