The lock box door was hard to open. Was afraid I would get trapped inside. Lock Box Room was too far off the property & outside the property on a major road with a non existing sidewalk. There was no phone box to call anyone in case I had a hard time getting the key or getting out of the building. It was scary!

之前在agoda上定了，2月份的房间订成了3月份的，入住前几小时联系了客服才发现，客服给我退款了让我到booking这里预定，感谢酒店员工及时帮忙处理问题！

房间不是密码锁，退房还钥匙还得像入住时一样，走到小区外面的蓝房子里输入两次密码，很不方便。 另外洗澡热水量少，热一分钟马上转冷。

Pas de réception et le gardien pas très agréable communication que par message dans vous n’avez pas de connexion c’est difficile de pouvoir comprendre qu’il faut redescendre la rue et allez à un container où il se trouve vos boîte à clef et déposer la caution à l’intérieur et tout filmer et leur envoyer par message non franchement gros effort à faire la dessus
