Great position nice and quiet.fantastic view. Great to have washing machine and 3 comfy full size beds. Very clean. Very helpful management of condo. Always available and always 100% helpful.

Take a while to get a lift.

Difficult to get lift on busy hours

Extremely Disappointed, Not Worth the Stay We recently stayed at this hotel in Pattaya and were thoroughly disappointed with our experience from the moment we arrived. There was no service or assistance provided upon arrival, and the overall condition of the hotel was shockingly poor. The room was dirty, with most amenities either broken or in disrepair. The bathrooms had an unbearable odor comparable to sewage which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Even the toilet emitted a foul smell, indicating a serious lack of proper maintenance and hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Communication was frustrating, as they barely spoke English and seemed unwilling to assist guests in any meaningful way. Several other guests we spoke to expressed similar concerns. This was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide a basic level of hospitality. We would strongly advise others to avoid this place until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and overall management.

There is nothing to like about this, I repent to have advance booking for this, it has the rules like an army camp, the apartment was having bad smell, three bedroom apartment was so congested no space to pass by the hall, I will never come back in this apartment.
