Apartamento muito bonito e confortável

Tivemos uma intercorrência no banheiro da suíte, o chuveiro estava solto e caiu na hora do banho que causou um acidente; A porta da suíte esta com o batente solto não foi possível fechar; Não tinha toalhas reservas e nem para todos os hóspedes; Não tinha lençol para cobrir o sofá cama, somente o edredom para se embrulhar; Houve quedas de energia e disparava no quadro de energia.
