Despite contacting the owners through the booking.com app to advise of arrival time of 5-6pm no one was at the accommodation to receive us at 545pm. Four phone calls over the next 15 minutes to the contact number all went to voice mail. No response from email attempt either. Booking.com were also unable to contact the owner and canceled our booking. I cannot rate the property as we didn't stay but there was no attempt from the owners to respond to my message sent in the morning and no contact until after we had canceled our booking and had to book other accommodation.

The room and shared areas were very clean. Location was alright too. Facilities are very good.

I booked for 5 nights, once I arrived I've been told that there an issue with the ensuite bathroom and they offered me to move to another location which I accept. The other one was named Great Home of relaxations..1st night guests were banging at the door for check in at midnight the moved in with noise and shouting till 03:00 am. In the morning same guest shouting and arguing with staff that asking to return the keys. I had to intervene to defuse the situation. Second and third night a group of dancers arrived ( teachers with kids students), were noisy, the next night was better but still.. Fourth day I was out came back late I open the door and the door of the room that is next to the main entrance we're wide open and the guest that was in slammed and shut the door once I entered but he was actually smoking weed and the smell was all over the place..I didn't even entered my room, so I called the manager again and asked to send someone to let front and back doors open in order to get rid of the smell. I came back after an hour and had to open the doors myself and wait for almost 3 hours before I go to sleep after 01:30 am. The last day in the evening I go outside to smoke, delivery guy arrived, told him to call whoever is expecting it, shortly a female guest came at main door ask if I'm the delivery, while I was explaining her roommate came and all of sudden start screaming and locked me out. After a while when they let me in I called the manager again the first one came out and apologised for. her friend... As for the staff when you ask for something they say sure, let you wait then asked them again and cought them talk to each other or they are on their phones. Last but not least I had the same towel for 5 days. High rate when it comes to facilities but that's all. Overall bad experience and not "relaxation" as the name suggests.
