Had to find a last minute hotel due to a sailing ban from high winds causing our ferry to be canceled. Booked this hotel through expedia and realized on the way over to the hotel that I had to message for check-in instructions. When I messaged asking for the check-in instructions, I instead got no response and an e-mail about processing a refund for the property. This left me stranded with no hotel in an area that had no hotels left due to the sailing ban and everyone else booking the remain hotels. On top of that the refund amount was incorrectly processed and I did not receive the full amount back until I messaged expedia about the error. I can't say anything about the room or property because I never saw it, and I can't tell who is more to blame, Expedia or the property manager, but I wouldn't recommend anyone risking booking this accommodation and potentially having to deal with the same thing I did.

Uns wurde vor ort erklärt das es über bucht war, dem entsprechend mussten wir uns ein neues hotel suchen. Hoffe ich bekomme meinen gutschein von hotels.com wieder gut geschrieben, sonst wäre dieser leider umsonst eingestzt worden, da wir ihn nicht in anspruch nehmen konnten.

***DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.*** Made a reservation last minute in the morning, received a confirmation and itinerary number. When I got to the property later that night, there was nobody there, nobody answered their phone, was left completely stranded. We ran into another couple who said they went to their room and there were already people staying there and they were trying to call the property manager and couldn’t get through either. My friend and I had to book another hotel in Athens. Am currently working with Expedia to get me a refund.

"Our Stay in Athens "

The apartment was good , room a bit smaller than we thought but the extension was good because it was covered so we had to leave our suitcases there. There was dishes, cups, glasses, cooking hob but no kettle, no coffee maker and no sauce pan. On enquiry, we were first told no kettle was to be supplied and later , yes they can give us a kettle at least which they did a day later. We had WiFi for half a day and apparently they were working on restoring it until we left 4 days after. We had to use our personal mobile phones data for laptops and television. The jacuzzi is brilliant but the pergola cover was loose and banged all night of which according to them, they were waiting for it to be fixed. Overall, we felt a bit of carelessness from the management because it could be better and a brilliant apartment. Just needed a few simple finishing touches.

The apartment is great. However, one of the bathrooms was out of order which made it very inconvenient for a family of six. Also, master bedroom ac does not cool.
