Someone was trying to open my door on my first night. No supplies, no towels, no slippers. I was barefoot for three days with a filty bathroom. Finally I have towels and slippers after two days but I can’t hang the towels coz there’s no towel rack. They installed the towel Saturday. I called the land line on my room asking for towels and called twice, they said it’s the security department, I have to call the front desk. I found out when I checked out the front desk and security are next to each other.

The gym was rusty, not maintained well. The pool was closed for renovation.
