Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Quiet and secure location. Shops/restaurants are distant but accessible by taxi.

Seems like a new place that's still working out the kinks. Pest control could be much better. Backup electricity is very limited (bring a power bank and headlamp with you).
