Location the feel of the the rest of the people staying there was very nice peaceful with best of both worlds the woods then a short walk a beech

location amazing

Paid for platinum caravan which was around £70 more than the standard. My sister in law got the standard but she got a larger caravan. I can't understand what I paid extra for after seeing both caravans. I was supposed to get earlier check in and for our beds to be made up on platinum, but beds were made up on the standard caravan and she also got earlier check in. If I had have known there was no difference, I could have saved £70. Hot tub was cold and not heated up to 40 degrees. More like 35 and difficult to sit in.
