Building is crumbling. Apartment was clean but a bit run down. Nice views of the ocean but so much dog excrement on the sidewalks and walking areas that one had to be very careful. Isn’t anyone required to clean after their animal???

Emiliano was amazing. He was too polite, helpful and an incredible person. Loved his gestures. Overall there wasn't anything which was bad.

Everything was good. The elevator going up was temperamental. Down fine. Clean apartment. Emiliano was very attentive and friendly.

Fun and beautiful interior design. Calm.

Very nice hosts and excellent apartment in a perfect location! Nothing to complain about.

Close to the beach. Quite place. Free parking. If you have a car, not a big problem to park near train station and get to Rome city Centre in 50 minutes. Train tickets can be bought in tabacco store near by (1.5 EUR ticket for 100 minutes). Had multiple towels and bed linen was good. There is washing machine and a/c. Easy to sign out.

Sink was completely blocked in the kitchen. Took a while for a host to solve the problem. Need to keep in mind, that there could be nothing to wash dishes with. Also there was a problem with a sink in bathroom, after washing opened it and water started to ingress from the floor. Washing machine stopped working due to drainage blockage, so I cleaned it myself (front filter and hose). Furniture is very old and needs to be renewed. Too high price for just only the view.

Bed mattress

Very good location in the first line of buildings. View from the window of the promenade and beach. No problems with collecting the keys. There is no problem with parking your car - there are plenty of free parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood.
