Blue Lagune Taormina Mare

This apartment is super! Really comfortable and imaginatively designed to make the most of the space and picture window looking out to sea. Salvo was a brilliant host. He kindly picked us up from the station and communication with him was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment is convenient for the station and the sound-proofing was great at keeping traffic noise out. It was a very relaxing place to stay and nicely out of the bustle of Taormina town itself.

The road outside the apartment is very busy.

We had an amazing time in Sicily! Every day, we had breakfast on the terrace with a stunning sea view (which we could also enjoy from the living room and bedroom!). Since we stayed only a few days, we visited the neighboring villages and sights by car: Isola Bella, Castelmola, Taormina, and Forza d’Agrò. However, these places are also easily accessible by bus (Taormina is just 6 minutes away). We can’t wait to come back and spend a whole week here at the beach, which is only 1 minute from the apartment (and less crowded)! Furthermore, the apartment was impeccably clean, and the linens had a lovely scent. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Grazie mille!!

Road in front rather noisy but good insulation for sleeping

I adored the apartment, everything was perfect - the rooms are pretty big , the balcony viewing the Mediterranean Sea is beautiful and perfect to take an aperitivo or coiffe on the morning ! The kitchen is also well equipped with a coffee maker, wine glasses, pots and pans and all the necessary stuffs you’ll need for cooking, I also loved the big shower with colorful led lights, thought that was a very nice touch ! Overall we had an amazing stay and the two minutes access to a beautiful beach with crystal clear water was also a wonderful experience.

I liked everything, I would just suggest maybe to put some kitchen cloths that would be helpful after washing dishes or simply to quickly wipe the surface but that is a very small detail.

Location was not great if you don’t have a car. Close to the station but everything else is a long walk

It was located at a very busy road, dangerous to cross. It was very loud. No cleaning service. No balcony or outside facilities. There was no proper garden. The beach at the location is not recommended.
