"Exceeded my expectations"

This Homestay was a delightful value- hotel. And it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. It sits in a very cute area of town. We got around by renting bikes and e-bikes from the hotel which were very affordable and made the area very accessible. The couple who run the hotel were very kind. It. We only stayed one night and that was plenty.

"Excellent homestay in Tam Coc"

The rooms were very large with fabulous air-conditioning. The bathrooms were spacious with all the right amentities. There was a lovely pool which was well maintained. The breakfast was good.

It is a nice property near the Tam Coc lake. It is peaceful and also a lot of restaurants are nearby. One can walk or rent a bike.

"Overall really great stay - highly recommend"

Great location in Tam Coc. Right next to the local boat tour with lots of small restaurants nearby as well as the main strip of bars/restaurants but it’s still tucked away so it’s nice and quiet whilst not being too far cycle/taxi from the other main spots to see in Ninh Binh. The staff were super friendly and gave us information about the main sites to see. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities. We hired bikes from here too and they were great with letting us try several before we were happy. The pool was nice to use and the pancakes each morning were great!

The sink had a slight smell after each use but it wasn’t nearly as strong as any of the other places in Asia we’ve visited so it didn’t bother us really - still highly recommend staying here
