The hosts at the property were amazing nothing was too hard for them to assist with . They made travelling a breeze from check in to breakfast hiring bikes , river tours and even booking a securing an overnight train for our trip continuation . The location is superb and right in the thick of it . Perfect to sit sip a coffee and watch the world go by or get engulfed in everything Ninh Binh has to offer

The room in Tam Coc Westlake Homestay was one of the best we stayed in terms of size, cleanliness, comfortable bed and the most amazing massive shower you could want. The location was excellent, right next to the lake and only a few minutes walk from all the other restaurants and bars. It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone to book here. We didn't use the pool as the weather was a little on the cool side, but it looked very inviting and well cleaned. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with answering any questions we had.

Their restaurant was so good others were stopping to eat there . The price and amount of food was great. So good we had to wait at times to get a sit by the waterfront

We had such a wonderful stay at this family-run homestay in Ninh Binh! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The room was spotless, and we really appreciated the daily fresh towels. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The family also runs a restaurant on-site, and we ended up eating there the entire time because it was just that good. Every meal was delicious, and the coffee was amazing too. We also rented electric bikes from them, which were in excellent condition and made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Overall, this place was an absolute gem. Such a great find, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!

The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Tam Coc boat station and close to many cafés and restaurants. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, offering useful advice about nearby places to visit and assisting with bus ticket arrangements. The room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Really polite and kind staff. They treated us like family and helped us with everything. Beautiful place by the lake. Clean rooms clean bathrooms. Nice swimming pool. They rent you bikes or ebikes directly. Breakfast is included. Great food. They also run a restaurant that you can get lunch or dinner.

Manque du sourire ....étonnant au Vietnam et petit déjeuner très très très léger !!!! Dommage !!!
