Tam Coc Westlake Homestay

Good location . Rooms were good. Breakfast was ok, you got to pick from menu one dish and one drink.

The bathroom was odd as it is all glass with roller shades that you have to pull down for privacy. Not great if you are friends and not a couple traveling together.

they make very good coffee for breakfast and the food arrives very fast. renting of scooters and bikes was very easy and fast. it was possible to take a shower after checkout. the location was very nice and one had a great view over the lake.

the business seemed very money oriented. every little thing would have an extra charge and it was very strict on that you can only order one thing for breakfast. and the staff was as friendly as needed but not necessarily going above. the rooms are all facing the outside hallway, so unless you close all the curtains and sit in the dark - you do not have privacy and people can even see you sit on the toilet as the bathroom is basically just a glass wall. the bicycles and motorcycle for rent were not in very good shape. and if you want to pay you get charged 5% extra which in most places its anywhwre around 2-4%

Otrima posizione lungo il laghetto. Camera ampia, ben arredata, confortevole e pulita. Possibilità di noleggio bici a prezzo modico per visitare l'area e i siti. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili ed estremamente gentili. Consigliatissimo.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the homestay and the restaurant in front, overlooking the Tam Coc lake, where they serve the breakfast, is run by a very nice and welcoming family. Everything, from the host greeting you with tea and a printed map of the area where he shows you all the sites of interest to the clean and fresh smelling room and everyone asking extra at every meal if you eat coriander and drink normal milk, shows thought and desire to make each guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. We stayed there for only two nights but we had a great time - we rented an electric scooter from our hosts to explore the area (they had just bought brand new ones, Vinfast model 2025, great ride and easy for people who are not so experienced with motorbikes) and also used the opportunity to go to the Tam Coc boats very early in the morning as they are just around the corner from the homestay. You also have the option to rent a normal motorbike or an electric or normal bicycle at a good price for a full day or half a day. For breakfast you choose a meal from the breakfast section of their normal menu and a drink. Both were great (try the Shakshuka!). After breakfast hours you can pay and order anything from the menu like in a normal restaurant and the food is great, prices reasonable and location very peaceful! We ate there for dinner the last day as we were waiting our sleeper bus.

Todo en general, la verdad, super satisfecho con la habitación; sin duda repetiría.

Posizione pittoresca difronte al lago e vicinissimo al punto di imbarco per i boat tour. Ampia disponibilità di servizi (noleggio bici e moto), lavanderia, ristorante, cambio valuta etc. Spa affianco super! Colazione assolutamente adeguata al prezzo pagato, extra possibili da aggiungere a parte. Camera molto ampia e pulita. E infine, Phú, sempre disponibile e gentile. L’host fa sempre la differenza nella qualità del soggiorno!

L'emplacement était super, au calme et avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Choix complet de petit déjeuner. Excellent matelas.

Wir hatten leider nicht viele Möglichkeiten, da wir während Tet nach Tam Coc gekommen sind und fast alles ausgebucht war. Aber wir hatten Glück, dass genau hier noch ein Zimmer frei war. Die Gastgeber waren so nett und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Frühstück gab es à la Carte und es war sehr lecker. Wir haben auch jeden Abend im Homestay gegessen, weil es dort unglaublich günstig war und eine riesen Auswahl gab. Wir haben zwei Roller vom Homestay gemietet für je 120.000 Dong pro Tag. Zudem hat man sich für unsere Weiterreise einen Nachtbus gebucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen.

Nichts, alles war perfekt.
