Kimura Beachfront El Nido

Bed was a mattress on the floor, no toilet seat, flooding bathroom, rusty shower, ant infestation, no room cleaning, no toilet roll. No one ever at reception to talk to.

We had a great time at the Kimura beachfront, with breakfast included outside your room basically on the beach it was pretty special. We arrived at 8am (check in 12-2) and they were very helpful and arranged early check in for us as soon as they could. The location is perfect, walking distance to pier for tours, restaurants along the beach and a short 7min ride in the heart of El Nido it was honestly great. The man working on site was very helpful and very friendly The beach is quiet literally at your doorstep with stunning views

Unfortunately our room had a horrible smell, and although it was basically clean, some of the room is being eaten away buy termites and we had ants in our toiletries We also had no hot water for the entirety of our stay and when we asked for help they said they would arrange a technician but no one ever came and it was never fixed There is also no Wifi connection in your room and limited outside, the best connection was in the reception area but with beachfront views it was still a nice place to sit The man working there was so helpful but their often wasnt anyone around when you needed help, you would have to go searching or wait until someone popped up

Night cancelled by the owners for unavailability. Despite 4 calls and more mails, they didn't cancel the charge. The Booking website doesn't respond to numerous mails and hasn't confirmed refund after 2 weeks.

Room was small but may be clean on their standard .

Beware of this property . Waste of money. We stayed for 1 night out of 3 nights that I booked. No Internet connection in room. My pee is stronger than water coming out of the faucet to wash my hands. Too noisy at night . One man show place , the man name Dodong is doing everything from cleaning to attending complaints.
