Beach apartment down town

The place is clean in terms of the floors and the kitchen to some extent, and bathroom supplies are available.

From the moment we arrived until we left, we never met the receptionist in person, only by phone. The apartment had a bad smell, the bathroom was broken, and the bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, so we couldn’t sleep. The place is located among clinics or hospitals, with many beggars and stray cats around.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with mod cons. Really good value. Large living room with large modern TV (Netflix /Prime Video apps etc) and space for relaxation. Beds were firm but comfortable. The building was secure and the lifts were working. There was a washing machine and the kitchen had essentials although we didnt cook much. The large fridge freezer was good. Extra blankets were provided. There are two toilets - one in a bathroom off the main bedroom and the other in a separate washroom without a shower or bath. I can recommend the restaurant on the street corner too. Wifi worked well.

The taxi driver had difficulty finding the Apartment block because the address given was a bit vague but we found it eventually via the maps. It is nextdoor to Clinique Argane, which most taxi drivers can find. There was nowhere to dry clothers after washing. There were crumbs on the living room rug, which the cleaners must have missed. Otherwise the place was really nice and clean. The flat was on the 5th floor but the lift was good.

The apartment was well maintained. Apartment owner was friendly and easy going.

AC was not working which affected sleep. We looked for AC property but we were disappointed .
