Apartament jasny, ładnie urządzony. Wyposażony w pralkę, zmywarkę , lodówkę, żelazko (brak mikrofali). Atutem jest także duży balkon, a także przestronna szafa z wieszakami, półkami i szufladami. Dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu starego miasta i dworca PKP. Bardzo dobry i miły kontakt z właścicielami.

Mieszkanie usytuowane na 4 piętrze (brak windy). Brak kieliszków (jakichkolwiek). Mała łazienka. Meble dość zużyte-wymagają gruntownego odświeżenia.
