Couldn't see a sign at the gate only one at the gate you are not supposed to enter through. Cupboard doors were not opening/sliding. Ht water took 7minutes before getting hot. I was near the front door, it was noisy. Blind wouldn't open in the morning. Was told breakfast was not included in the ZAR1125 I find that unacceptable for that price.

The room we were moved to on the second day doesn’t have privacy, the sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom doesn’t provide adequate privacy.
