Subway House in Paranaque

Although we arrived late at night, the owner was onsite and helped us with everything we needed. He is such a nice guy and he helped us also on the next day organising things for our journey, getting taxis and even phone cards. The apartment was cozy and very clean, street life was audible. We felt welcome and fully pampered - thanks a lot!

We literally loved everything about our stay. It seems to stay in a hotel room, bed was really comfy but most important it was super clean 👌🏼. There is a small kitchen and even a balcony so you have plenty of space. The owner gave us a lot of tips and helped us with our taxi to the airport that is really close to the apartment. He also said goodbye to us at 4am ❤️. Highly recommended, thank you!

The apartment is very new and clean, having a standard of a hotel room. It is very close to the Terminal 1 and that is why we chose it to stay. Easily accessible by Grab that we recommend a lot for going around Manila.

Clean and comfy place and feels always welcome. They are so friendly and flexible staff. Good value for money. I will visit with my colleagues next time. Would definitely recommend, Thank you!

The location and room is beautiful.. you're in the heart of the Manila streets but a very good area by a highschool. Lots of street vendors and friendly people. The staff was great. This room was beautiful I can't say that enough. Good water pressure and hot water too

The studio was amazing, we stayed 1 night as we had to catch our flight the next day. Location wise its 15-19 min from NAIA T3 . The owner is really nice and she even offered to drop us at the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.
