Location.

1. Electrical appliances provided such as electronic stove and kettle not functioning. Only provided upon request. Wonder if it all were not being checked first before let people in. 2. Extension plug at the washing area almost broken. 3. Air-conditioning not cold enough at master bedroom and living room. 4. Not enough towel provided which is supposedly for each room. Bedroom 2 no towel at all. 5. Bed sheet and blanket smelly. Wonder if even been changed from last checked in person. 6. Mattress in room 3 very solid feels like laydown on the floor or peace of wood. 7. As usual, problem of Viva management can't even park two cars even though car park at guest area was almost empty all day all night long. 8. Security deposit refunded after being asked and pushed. Not return as promised only provide reason after being asked and didn't even bother to let us know the delay of the refunding. 9. Toilet not clean properly. Can still see the stain of the somebody pee especially in the master bedroom toilet.

The place is enough for 10 adults to fit in

The deposit refund took so long to process. Says it will only too 2-3 working days. So I've been very patient to not push further. But I've been waiting for up to a week for the refund and still got no news of it.

Near to mall, check in instructions is good n clear

-Toilet near kitchen not clean and slippery coz the water didn't dry long time, -washing machine is not proper functioning, -master bed room light nearly drop already hanging, kettle & Fridge is not function. -Car park card (RFID) is not function since checking in till last day and realise after security come and check coz every time in n out they have to press manual button from the security hut. -Dusty room. -A swimming pool was not provided for guests not as an advertisement. -fans not working -additional payment for additional cars not been privilege.

Located just above the mall, staff is responsive

The unit given is horrible since i stay for 2 nights, its very uncomfortable. The 2 sofa full of drool stains, the bathroom is super smelly and broken plugs. Its very uncomfortable and horrible experience
